Deputy Chairman of KPK Nurul Ghufron (left) along Jubir KPK Ali Fikri (right) announced the determination and termination of suspected cases of corruption of goods procurement projects and services in KPK White Red Building, Friday (12/1/2024). KPK holds four suspects namely Labuhan Batu Erik A Ritonga Bupati, DPRD Labuhan Batu Rudi Syahputra Ritonga member and private parties Efendy Sahputra and Fazar Syahputra related to the criminal funding of the procurement of goods and services in the government environment of Labuhanbatu Regency, Sumut with cash proof goods Rp551,5 million from the alleged acceptance of Rp1,7 billion.
