PEACEFUL DECLARATION REPORTING UNILATERAL TALANGSARI EVENTS

Executive Director of Amnesty International Indonesia Usman Hamid conveyed the information related to the action of the integrated team of the Police Kemenko Polhukam on the peaceful declaration of the case of violation of the heavy human rights Talangsari 1989 in the Ombudsman building, Jakarta, Monday (4/3/2019). The peaceful declaration was assessed to have a political scenario that would like to be applied in the event of Talangsari 1989 through a non-uniformal path without accountability and also the process of disclosure of truth, access to justice and restoration to victims and family victims.
